DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
We ship internationally everyday! Just place an order and you will see our international shipping rates are built into the checkout process.
 
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?
When ordering from Loktah, you are the importer of record and must comply with all legal regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the USA may be subject to import taxes and customs fees required by your country. International shipments may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are required once a shipment reaches your country which you will be held responsible for those fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be payed by the recipient; we have no control over charges and cannot gauge what they may be. Customs fees vary widely from country to country; you should contact the customs office in your area for more information regarding possible fees. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original estimates.
 
HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Please review the production turnaround time located on the product ordering page. If placing an order during holiday seasons expect later ship dates due to production. You can expect your order to arrive on average of three to seven business days from the date of order tracking information submitted to you via email.

Giclee Fine Art Prints - 1 to 2 Business Days
Press Products - 1 to 2 Business Days

WHAT IF ONE PRODUCT HAS A SHORTER TURNAROUND TIME THAN THE OTHER? 
Please note when placing an order with multiple turnaround times the product that has the longest turnaround time will be the estimated days of completion for the overall order. If you need one of your items sooner than a combined turnaround time type order you must place two seperate orders as we do not offer splitting an order into multiple shipments.
 
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
Please contact the shipping service you selected and give them your tracking number to run a trace. We at LOKTAH are happy to help you however we are not held responsable if a package goes missing after leaving our offices as its beyond our control. If the package cannot be found you will need to contact us to begin the process of filing a claim with the provider and we will do our best to give you a solution as fast as we can. We do not reship items that are lost until a claim has been filed by LOKTAH.
 
MY PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL!
Please note our packaging meets industry standards, we are not held responsible if a package arrives damaged. Please contact us to have a claim filed with the shipping service provider. We cannot ship a replacement until photographic documentation has been provided by you. Please email us the photos along with a description of the damaged items.
